D&M Load Testing boasts an impressive compliment of staff all of whom contribute to the continued success of the company. With its continued growth we had added a Repairs / Sales department, catering to the repairs of lifting equipment, forklifts and goods hoists to name a few, as well as the supply of most equipment and lifting tackle. In 2018 we increased our staff further with the addition of a Safety Officer. We believe that with the right staffing solutions in place they create a common company identity and a sense of commitment and belonging across cultures. They help strengthen, clarify and validate decisions and actions that serve the integral part of the business. Our policy recognizes the responsibility for the health & safety of our employees both onsite with customers and at our workshop premises. Management ensures the overall accountability for implementation of policies. Our Health & Safety Officer ensures that all our customers are individually provided with a safety upon request, based on requisite protocols.
